Continuing our 'Meet the Stockist' feature, this month we meet Nice Things.......

Who are Nice Things?

We are Bella Goyarts and Suzy Humphries. Bella's Australian and first trained as an actor and teacher; she's been living in Ramsgate for nearly 10 years. Suzy is home grown from the UK and has been in Ramsgate for nearly 4 years. She's worked in the arts all her life running theatre companies and projects. Working with visual and textile artists is fairly new to us both and we're enjoying it very much. > Where can we find Nice Things?

We're on Ramsgate's royal harbour, in the recently renovated Custom House, which is 100 yards from the beach and boats!> What makes Nice Things unique?

The mix of stock, which is extremely eclectic and includes very unusual items, our ability to intrigue both local people and visitors and that we have many people showing work which is only available in our shop. > What brands do Nice Things stock?
Hope & Benson! Predominantly Print (Caro Fenice), Earth Squared, Artisan Life, Kikkerland, Mottlecloth, Pants and Paper, Sarah Hough, Rosehip, Blue Marmalade, Sonja Taylor Jones, Sarah Packington, Think Gadgets...to name a few. 60% of our makers are entirely local. > How can Hope & Benson customers find you?
